This kimono of repeated crane pattern woven in the mint green silk is a rare find for one made in the 1950s. The edge of the white lining (hakkake) is a blush pink. Its sleeves are decorated with rosy flowers in crane silhouettes soaring over green puffs. On the lower front panel there is gold thread detailing.
You could wear this to lounge in luxury, go out on the town, or it could decorate a wall in your home.
Sleeve to center back:
Kimono dry clean only
